Chinese Foreign Minister Arrives for U.S. Talks

WASHINGTON —
Chinese Foreign Minister Wu Xueqian arrived in Washington on Sunday to hold talks with President Reagan and other U.S. officials.
Wu, who arrived in the United States last week, has already visited New Orleans and Los Angeles, where he opened a new Chinese consulate.
