Bridgford Foods Corp. reported that earnings increased 31%, to $478,659 for the fiscal 1988 first quarter, which ended Jan. 29, contrasted with $365,309 for the year-earlier period. The Anaheim-based maker of frozen bread dough and processed meats said revenues for the quarter were up 2% to $14.6 million, from $14.3 million.
