Conejo Listings Up, Prices Slip

Listings of single-family homes in the Conejo Valley increased in January from December, while the average sales price declined, according to the Conejo Valley Board of Realtors.

The Board said that 306 homes were listed in January, compared to 170 in December.

There were 146 sales in January, 49 fewer than in December. The average sale price in January was $243,600, off $1,860 from December.
