2 College Trustees Win National Service Awards

WASHINGTON —
Mildred Jeffrey, a Wayne State University trustee for 12 years, and Joseph F. Rosenfield, a Grinnell College trustee for 47 years, received the Assn. of Governing Boards’ Distinguished Service Awards Sunday. The awards include $5,000 unrestricted grants to their institutions.
