Pat George, a 1985 winner of a Lulu Award from the Men’s Fashion Assn. for excellence in reporting men’s fashions, was named Tuesday as the life-style reporter for “CBS News This Morning.” George, who began her TV career in 1979 in Hollywood as fashion editor for the syndicated “Hour Magazine,” will report every Wednesday on international fashion, beauty, home decorating, entertaining and food, CBS News said in announcing her hiring. The news division produces the network’s two-hour morning program, which is co-anchored by Harry Smith and Kathleen Sullivan.
