Judge Joseph Wapner has been known to make some interesting pronouncements on his television show “People’s Court.” Fortunately, it was one of those days, and whatever he was pronouncing stopped Trossa Fowler and her woman friend dead in their tracks as they headed into the kitchen of Fowler’s Port Arthur, Tex., home. Good thing they never made it in, because at that precise moment a truck came crashing through the kitchen’s wall. “We weren’t really watching it (the TV),” the 73-year-old Fowler said. “But when we passed by, Judge Wapner said something interesting.” The truck’s driver was charged with driving while intoxicated.
