David Roth Concert Tickets Go on Sale Today

Tickets go on sale today for David Lee Roth’s concert June 10 at the Forum--but don’t go to the Forum box office to buy them. Forum vice president and general manager Claire Rothman explained that in order to inhibit ticket scalping, the first day of sales for this concert will be through TicketMaster outlets only. If tickets are available after today, though, they will be sold through the Forum as well as TicketMaster.

According to Rothman, people attempting to buy tickets at the Forum have had to wait in a long, slow line while other outlets were selling their allotments relatively rapidly. “By taking all the tickets and making them available through one network there is more fairness,” she said.
