Thomas Hearns will defend his World Boxing Council middleweight title against Iran Barkley of New York in a 12-round fight on June 6 at the Las Vegas Hilton.
Hearns (45-2) became the first boxer to win titles in four different divisions when he beat Juan Domingo Roldan last October to win the WBC middleweight title.
Barkley (23-4) is the seventh-ranked contender in the division.
