Cuba will take part in the Latin American theater festival this June in New York, the Cuban news agency Prensa Latina reported Wednesday. According to the report, actors Mario Balmaseda and Pedro Renteria will appear in a two-person play by South African playwright Athol Fugard. Renteria has been director of the National Theater of Havana for the past year. Prensa Latina said the actors planned a tour to 10 cities in the United States, Puerto Rico and Mexico. The cities were not listed.
