Loan OKd for New Building

First Interstate Mortgage Co., Pasadena, has provided $12.2 million in construction financing for a 3-story building in the CC&F; Lost Hills Business Center on Agoura Road opposite Malibu Hills Road, Calabasas.
The developer is CC&F; Lost Hills Properties, a limited partnership, whose managing partner is Cabot, Cabot & Forbes, Los Angeles.
Oltmans Construction Co., Whittier, will be be contractor for the building, which is scheduled to be completed in June. Carli Architecture, Los Angeles, is the designer.
