The letter-turning “Wheel of Fortune” gal decided to pay a visit to the New York Stock Exchange while in the city to promote the paperback version of her book, “Vanna Speaks.” As news of her presence in the members gallery swept the floor, trading slowed while brokers ignored real fortunes to chant: “Van-na! Van-na!”
