Contra Truce Violation Reported

MANAGUA, Nicaragua —
A Contra radio station said today the U.S.-backed rebels had attacked Sandinista soldiers, violating a truce days before a formal 60-day cease-fire was set to go into effect.
Government and rebel representatives ended two days of technical meetings Tuesday night by agreeing to set up five zones in which the rebels were to gather on Friday, the start of the cease-fire.
