Thomas A. Campobasso has been named senior vice president-international of Rockwell International and will continue as a corporate officer and a member of the company’s management committee. He had been vice president-international since July, 1987.

In other moves by Rockwell, two of the company’s current financial officers have been elected corporate vice presidents.

Lee H. Cramer, who joined the company in 1973, was named vice president-treasurer. In addition to his current responsibilities as treasurer, he will oversee the corporation’s investor relations.

Lawrence J. Komatz, as vice president-controller, will continue as Rockwell International’s controller, principal accounting officer and head of financial planning and analysis. He joined Rockwell in 1974.
