‘A Bulldozer on Every Corner’

Those citizens of Long Beach who enjoy heavy traffic, high-density condominiums and mayors who pander to development interests need not read this letter.
For that matter, people who have grown accustomed to the staggering number of eyesores we see taking the places of our beautiful neighborhood homes and apartments need go no further.
If Ernie Kell doesn’t already have a campaign slogan for his bid to be the city’s elected mayor, perhaps it should be: A chicken in every pot and a bulldozer on every corner.
As mayor, Kell has demonstrated that Long Beach, like any good streetwalker, will endure any hardship, take any beating, and sacrifice any or all integrity for the highest bidder.
