Apple Computer Co., intent on building a marketing strategy for global growth, has divided its international operations into two units: Apple Europe and Apple Pacific. Apple USA will be subdivided into six groups, all reporting to Apple Senior Vice President Charles M. Boesenberg.

Apple Pacific will be led by David Hancock, who previously managed Apple operations in Britain. Apple Europe, with headquarters in Paris, will be headed by Michael H. Spindler, who had previously directed all of Apple’s international operations.

Both the international and domestic operations will continue to report to Apple’s chief operating officer, Delbert W. Yocam.
