U.S. District Judge James Alesia ordered Donnelly to surrender June 1 to begin serving the sentence. Donnelly is a former trader for CRT Services Inc., a member firm of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. He pleaded guilty Feb. 17 to two counts of commodities fraud.
