Danube Traps 150 Ships

NOVI SAD, Yugoslavia —
About 150 vessels, stranded by the high waters of the Danube in northeast Yugoslavia, could be delayed another 10 days, port officials said Monday. They said the vessels, mostly from the Eastern Bloc, are unable to pass under the bridge at Novi Sad.
