ReadiCare Inc. in Newport Beach reported net income of $1.6 million for its fiscal year ended Feb. 29, an increase of 105%, contrasted with net income of $781,177 for fiscal 1987. Revenue for fiscal 1988 increased 41%, to $19.3 million from $13.7 million. ReadiCare’s net income for the fiscal fourth quarter fell 1%, to $194,775, from $197,177. Revenue for the quarter increased 21%, to $4.6 million from $3.8 million. Separately, ReadiCare, an operator of outpatient medical centers, said it has halted talks with the shareholders of San Diego-based Industrial Medical Centers to acquire IMC. ReadiCare officials were not available to comment.
