Mark B. Skaletsky has resigned as president and chief operating officer of Biogen NV, a Cambridge, Mass., biotechnology firm. Skaletsky has accepted the position of chief executive of Enzytech Inc., another biotechnology company in Cambridge, Mass. Jim Vincent, Biogen’s chairman and chief executive, will assume Skaletsky’s duties for the foreseeable future.
