Gillette Co.’s income rose 37% to $75.3 million in the first quarter, compared to $55 million for the year-ago period. The Boston-based consumer products company credited its improved performance to restructuring and reorganization. Revenue rose 18% to $903.1, compared to $762.1 million for the comparable period last year.
