Fire on Baltimore Harbor Believed Set

BALTIMORE —
Officials on Thursday were investigating the possibility of arson in a seven-alarm fire, fueled by exploding oil barrels, that caused an estimated $10 million in damage to a waterfront industrial area.
The fire, which began Wednesday night in the Fells Point area on Baltimore’s harbor, destroyed three businesses and was not declared under control until eight hours later, fire Capt. Pat Flynn said.
