Events in the news this week.
The proposed city of Saddleback Valley will be the subject once again when the Local Agency Formation Commission meets Wednesday. At an earlier meeting, all five commissioners voted to postpone action on the proposed city until they could further examine the ramifications of the fourth south county incorporation proposal in the past two years. The Saddleback Valley incorporation would join the communities of El Toro, Lake Forest, Laguna Hills, Laguna Terrace and Aegean Hills.
