William E. Denton has been promoted to executive vice president of development of Westfield Inc., the Los Angeles-based subsidiary of Westfield Holdings Ltd. of Australia. Formerly with Homart, Denton joined Westfield in 1986 as vice president of acquisitions.

David P. Kassoy, former partner in the law firm of Dreisen, Kassoy & Freiberg, has become a partner in the Beverly Hills law firm of Ervin, Cohen & Jessup. Kassoy’s clients include developers and investors in shopping centers, office and industrial buildings as well as commercial tenants.

Lisa Peters has joined the San Diego division of J.M. Peters Co. as marketing coordinator and will manage merchandising for the firm’s projects in Rancho Bernardo, Rancho Penasquitos and Palm Springs. She was formerly an independent marketing consultant to the Irvine Co. Peters is a graduate of San Diego State University.

Frank Hickman has been named senior vice president of Los Angeles-based Tishman Realty Corp. of California. He will be responsible for all the company’s development projects in the western United States. Hickman was previously vice president at Tishman Realty and had been executive vice president and a principal of Tishman Realty & Construction Co.

Gordon Tudor has joined the Lomas Santa Fe Cos., Solana Beach, as director of leasing. Formerly, Tudor was with Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate.

Kevin Knotts has joined Norris, Beggs & Simpson, Irvine, as marketing consultant. Previously he had been with Daum Johnstown American.

Daniel K. Casey has been named senior vice president of sales and marketing at Ticor Realty Tax Service, Los Angeles. He had been with Lomas & Nettleton Information Systems Inc., Dallas.
