Construction has been completed on the $4-million Nexus Promenade-Santa Ana, a specialty retail center for workers in Santa Ana’s Parkcenter office district.
The 16,000-square-foot center, a development of Nexus USA, Irvine, is located at 2031 E. 1st St.
