Dean M. Willard, president of Products Research & Chemical, has been named to the additional post of chief executive of the Glendale company that makes chemicals, sealants and adhesives. Willard, who has been president since 1980, succeeds George Gregory as chief executive. Gregory remains chairman of Products Research.
