William O. Bourke, 61, has been elected chairman of Reynolds Metals Co. Bourke remains chief executive. He is succeeded as president by Richard G. Holder, 56, who also was named chief operating officer. He had been executive vice president.
As chairman, Bourke succeeds David P. Reynolds, 72, who continues as a director but did not stand for reelection as chairman.
