Roger W. Johnson, chairman and chief executive officer of Irvine-based Western Digital, has been elected to a three-year term on the board of governors of the American Stock Exchange. Johnson is one of 12 public governors on the board, which also includes 12 industry representatives and the AMEX chairman.
