Genisco Technology Corp. said it is ineligible to receive contracts from most federal government agencies until a resolution is reached in criminal indictment brought against it by the Navy last month. The indictment, filed March 24, alleged certain testing improprieties at Genisco’s plant in Simi Valley. The Rancho Dominguez electronics company may continue to work on its existing government contracts.
