Free Rides
In response to Peter A. O’Neil’s column “Unclog the Freeways With Free Bus Rides” (Op-Ed Page, April 17):
Simply because O’Neil’s idea of a free bus service is so well thought out, cost efficient and ecologically sound, it will never be implemented. See you in the gridlock!
