Prime Computer Inc. reported results for its 1988 first quarter, including the operations of Computervision Corp. from Feb. 5, when the two companies merged. Revenue for the Natick, Mass., computer firm totaled $363.7 million, with net income of $14.5 million, compared to revenue of $221.7 million and net income of $11.9 million a year ago. The 1987 figures do not include Computervision’s results from that quarter. The latest quarter included a $6-million gain from an accounting change and a $4.5-million after-tax charge for anticipated restructuring.
