Marine’s Death: Questions, Disbelief and Descriptions

Share

From information appearing in your articles about this very tragic death, I feel that the person who actually started the fight was the person who stepped in front of Sgt. Richard Bottjer and blocked his view while he was watching the “hot legs” show. Bottjer only did what would come naturally in such an instance.

Also, why was Bottjer served drinks after it became obvious that he was extremely inebriated? Why would anyone want to fight a man who was in that state of intoxication?

For those people who were watching this fight, why in heaven’s name didn’t someone at Baxter’s simply dial 911 and get some help? Why did the bouncers at Baxter’s throw the combatants out? But the main question is: Why are we putting up with a spineless district attorney?
