Chicago Company Buys Pasadena Office Building

Sheay Thomas Equities, Chicago, has purchased a 3-story, 37,330-square-foot office building at 955 N. Lake Ave., Pasadena, from Valley Federal Savings and Loan, Van Nuys, for $4.1 million. Los Angeles Brokerage Co., Los Angeles, represented both parties.
