Korean Conglomorate Purchases Building

Ssangyong (USA) Inc., Korea’s fifth-largest conglomerate, has bought a 115,760-square-foot industrial building in Garden Grove from Mission Land Co. for more than $6 million.
Ssangyong will use the building, at 12101 Western Ave., as its corporate headquarters. The Seeley Co.’s Orange office represented both parties in the transaction.
