Two-time world champion Bruce Davidson and his horse, Doctor Peaches, lead after the second event in the 1988 Kentucky International Three-Day Event at Lexington, Ky, which is serving as the equestrian Olympic trials.
Davidson had a cumulative score of 43.8 points. Davidson also was second aboard J.J. Babu with a 53.2. In third was Phyllis Dawson and Albany II with a 63.4. Defending champion Kerry Milliken, the leader after Friday’s dressage competition, was injured Saturday and forced out of the event.
