Glendale Federal Savings & Loan Executive Vice President James W. Dearing has been promoted to general manager of retail delivery. Dearing will supervise the operational aspects of the branch system. His predecessor, Senior Executive Vice President Frank P. DePaul Jr., will manage the mergers and acquisitions unit, loan underwriting, appraisal and other branch support functions, in his new position as general manager of retail support.
