Gregory J. Bowcott has been named president and chief executive of Gibraltar MoneyCenter Inc., headquartered in San Diego, a real estate financing subsidiary of $15-billion Gibraltar Financial Corp. Before to his promotion, Bowcott served as executive vice president and director of network operations for GMCI.
