Military contracts awarded to local companies:

Litton Systems Inc. in Van Nuys has won an $11,490,800 contract from the Defense Department’s Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command in Washington to supply a Marine Corps Tactical Air Operations Module and a $2,865,901 contract from the same agency to supply a Tactical Air Operations Module.

Litton’s Guidance & Control Systems Division in Woodland Hills won a $1,723,029 contract from the Air Force to repair electronic components for use in F-15 aircraft.

Emerson Electric Co. in Calabasas has won a $1,761,165 contract from the Army to provide power supply assemblies.

In Chatsworth, Emerson won a $380,000 contract from the Army to provide one or more power supply units.

Whittaker Corp. in North Hollywood has won a $326,949 contract from the Air Force to supply valves for use in F-16 aircraft.

Kavlico Corp. in Moorpark has won a $281,908 contract from the Air Force to supply transformers for use in electrical equipment.

Glenair Inc. in Glendale has won a $138,323 contract from the Defense Electronics Supply Center in Dayton, Ohio, to supply 1,364 electric connector plugs.

Avibank Manufacturing Inc. in Burbank has won a $88,713 contract from the Air Force to supply 899 pin quick releases for use in F-15s and F-16s.

Kollmorgen Corp.’s Photo Research Division in Chatsworth has won a $76,965 contract from the Army at Ft. Rucker, Ala., to supply research photometers.

Industrial Electronics Engineers in Van Nuys has won a $48,774 contract from the Navy to supply readout displays.

Hydro-Mill Co. in Chatsworth has won a $34,624 contract from the Air Force to supply 31 aircraft nose gear locks.

EMCO Fluid Systems Inc. in Valencia has won a $30,888 contract from the Air Force to supply 24 valves for use in C-130 aircraft.
