Perceptronics Settles Dispute With Israeli Firm

Share

Perceptronics, a Woodland Hills defense firm, said it has settled a dispute over the terms of a contract with an Israeli subcontractor. The companies sued each other and have agreed to drop the lawsuits.

Perceptronics Chairman Gershon Weltman said new terms were worked out with Simtech Advanced Training & Simulation Systems and Simtech’s parent company, Tadiran Ltd.

Perceptronics, which supplies the military with defense simulators and training services, had used the Israeli company as a subcontractor for work it was doing on a Defense Department contract awarded to Fairchild Weston Systems.
