Criticism of Moscow

Contrary to what the two readers stated, Powers’ article was precise and to the point.

Obviously, the readers had not spent much time in the Soviet Union or, maybe they spent two or three weeks there and, of course, became instant experts on the Soviet Union.

Far from being stereotypical, Powers’ article tells the truth.

The readers and other American dupes love to bring us such platitudes as mutual understanding, desire for peace and the like. Frankly, we don’t need to understand the Soviets.

We already understand them very well!

The summits we participate in with them are, at best, a waste of time. The Soviets should stay in their end of the world and we should stay in ours.
