Clouds Stymie Hunt for Hikers

ASHFORD, Wash. —
Heavy cloud cover prevented searchers from resuming their hunt this morning for three experienced hikers who are four days overdue from a climb up Mount Rainier, officials said. Two hiking teams and a helicopter were ready to search Liberty Ridge when the weather permitted. The climbers were identified as Craig Adkison, 37, of Kirkland, David Kellokoski, 30, of Paradise, Calif., and Greg Remmick, 32, of Citrus Heights, Calif.
