Marina Towers Gets Financing

Security Pacific National Bank has provided construction financing of $99 million to the J.H. Snyder Co. for condominium conversion and renovation of the Marina City Club Towers in Marina del Rey.

The bank is both lender and agent in the participation financing, according to Mark D. Robeson of Security Pacific.

Completed in 1975 at 4333 Admiralty Way, Marina City Club Towers has 600 one-to-four-bedroom units, a 340-slip marina, health club and private dining facilities.
