A Sacramento clerical worker and an Orange County cosmetology student each won annuities worth $1 million in the California Lottery’s “Big Spin” over the weekend in Sacramento. Barbara Villanueva, 40, who works for the Department of Water Resources in Sacramento, said she planned to continue working and perhaps attend college. Jacqueline Pineda, 19, who attends cosmetology school in Orange, said she planned to buy a car, a house and open her own hair styling salon when she graduates next year. “Most important, my mom won’t have to work as hard as she does,” she said, noting that her mother, Simona Castillo, has cleaned houses for many years.
