Hair-Care Firm Owner Buys La Jolla Towers

The six-story Beverly La Jolla Towers, 8201 Beverly Blvd., has been purchased for $4.9 million from Postal Instant Press by Hal Lederman for use by Pantron I, a hair-care products firm he owns. L.J. Hooker International, Beverly Hills, represented both parties.
