14 Hurt at River Festival as Rocket Lands in Crowd

DAYTON, Ohio —
A rocket launched as part of a river festival’s fireworks display went awry and exploded in a crowd, sending 14 people to the hospital, authorities said. Two remained in serious condition Monday after the Sunday night accident, which sprayed spectators with sparks and debris.
