Rolf Golz of West Germany won the 18th Tour of Asturias cycling race at Oviedo, Spain.
Golz topped the final standings in the 624-mile race in 25 hours 2 minutes 39 seconds, followed by Federico Echave of Spain, 53 seconds behind.
