TV Anchorwoman Found Dead
Sue Parcell, an anchorwoman for WTOL-TV, was found dead in her suburban townhouse Wednesday night of apparent natural causes, station officials said today. She was 31. The body was found by Rick Gevers, the station’s news director.
A deputy county coroner said autopsy results will not be disclosed until Friday. Gevers said Parcell, who had been convalescing at her home for three weeks after being diagnosed as suffering from viral encephalitis and meningitis after a trip to China, was to have returned to work Friday.
