Coultrup Signs Five Leases in Seal Beach

Coultrup Development Co. has signed five leases at the $6-million, 33,000-square-foot Coultrup Professional Building scheduled for a December completion at Seal Beach Boulevard and the San Diego (405) Freeway, Seal Beach.

The tenants are: San Clemente Savings and Loan, Coultrup Development Co., Coultrup Construction Inc., JTC Property Management and Brokerage and a dentist, Dr. Charles Joseph.
