Using his own brand of intellectual alchemy, the great manipulator has done it again. This time the victim is The Times.
At one time or another during his 20 years of dictatorial rule, Marcos pursued the same “mistaken and vindictive” policy. The only major difference is, he pocketed the billions of dollars instead of benefiting the millions of starving Filipinos.
