Postal Perot
Regarding the June 9 story, “His Initial Success May Be Tough Act for Perot to Follow”:
New Postmaster General Anthony Frank has hardly warmed his chair and H. Ross Perot gets a plum of a contract. This does not bode well for efforts to successfully deal with our mail troubles. In 10 years, Frank will be long gone and Perot will still have a contract--that is, if the post office is still around 2 1/2 presidential terms from now.
