A man wanted in the kidnaping and death of a Green Bay, Wis., woman in 1983 was arrested in Colorado based on tips from people who saw a re-enactment of the slaying on television, Green Bay police said. Denice Stumpner, 35, was arrested at Hillcrost Acres horse farm in Golden, Colo., where he had worked as a handyman for at least the last three years. He was wanted in the kidnaping and slaying of Margaret Anderson, 35. The crime was re-enacted on the television program America’s Most Wanted, broadcast June 19 on the Fox Television Network which prompted tips about Stumpner.
